Policies

1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Therefore, we have a 15 day after date of purchase for product refund policy.  Only applies to orders in the USA.*

*Items must be returned in a condition that could still be resold (i.e. not damaged) and customer pays for return freight.

Also, keep in mind that color images of material may look different than actual product due to the variation of gamma values and color settings on user's monitors/displays.  To avoid this issue, inquire with us to receive a swatch of interested material prior to purchase.  If you receive the product and you find the material is still not what you had in mind, work with us to figure out the best way of getting you what you will be satisfied with on your purchase.

2. If the product is damaged due to shipping, contact us within 24 hrs of receiving it and we can file a claim with the carrier.

 

3. Customization orders require written correspondence with us and will require 50%, up front payment to begin work.

 

4. Since changing to an informative website, you can still order through us.  However, we'll just end up sending you an invoive for your order.
